Scanning Pens Repair Service

Our repair service is only available for devices that:

  • Were originally purchased within the last (2) years from the date of the repair request.
  • Have valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) at the time of service request
  • Are NOT Like New products purchased via Amazon

C-Pens Repair Service

  • Repair Service Cost: $200 + delivery, payable upfront.
  • If your device cannot be repaired, Scanning Pens will, at its sole discretion:
    • Provide a replacement device of the same or higher specification, or
    • Issue a refund for the price of the Repair Service
  • All decisions regarding replacement or refund will be made by Scanning Pens and are final.

E-Pens Repair Service

  • Repair Service Cost: $125 + delivery, payable upfront.
  • If your device cannot be repaired, Scanning Pens will, at its sole discretion:
    • Provide a replacement device of the same or higher specification, or
    • Issue a refund for the price of the Repair Service
  • All decisions regarding replacement or refund will be made by Scanning Pens and are final.
